As you walk around the park you will discover Maxim is much more than just an office park but is also home to an array of wildlife.

Great care has been taken to ensure the space is kept in good condition without impacting the local wildlife and biodiversity.

The bird population onsite has been changing over the past few years. Sightings include Buzzards, Hawks, Oyster catchers and our resident Heron to name but a few.

We have a full time, dedicated landscaping team based onsite who practice sustainable measures in the day to day running of the site.
