CBRE Appointed as Leasing Agent for Maxim Park
Global Property Consultancy to Represent Maxim Alongside Ryden
Maxim Office Park has announced the appointment of global property consultant CBRE as a leasing agent. The firm will market Maxim alongside joint agent Ryden, effective from 1 February 2018.
Maxim appointed CBRE in order to utilise both the firm’s global expertise and its unrivalled knowledge of the Scottish commercial real estate market.
Ideally located nearby the M8 between Scotland’s two largest cities, Maxim has a wide range of small and large office suites available, ranging from 1,000 sq ft to one of the UK’s largest buildings outside of London, Maxim 5, at 187,000 sq ft.

CBRE’s letting strategy will see employees from its Advisory and Transactions Services team take on different areas of responsibility in order to provide an integrated approach.
Senior director in CBRE’s Edinburgh office, Angela Lowe will use her knowledge of occupiers based in the East of Scotland who may be looking for space within Central Scotland; associate director, Alistair Urquhart will use his expertise on the Glasgow market and overall Scottish market; and senior director Andy Cunningham will draw on his strong connections with London-based occupiers to market the available space at Maxim.
