GOOD GIRL DEPROGRAMMING WORKSHOP

Join Chartered Organisational Psychologist and Author, Michelle Minnikin for a transformative workshop that not only supports personal growth but also contributes to fostering a community of strong, empowered women, which will help us all to embrace our authentic selves and empower each other to shine brightly. In this interactive workshop, we talk about:

*What Good Girl Conditioning is

*How and why, it shows up in workplaces.

*The impact of Good Girl Conditioning on career success

*What we can do about it

Meanwhile take a part in the quiz - Are you a Good Girl @ Work? The purpose of this quiz is to offer you a unique opportunity for self-reflection and exploration. It aims to uncover the hidden layers of societal conditioning that have shaped your beliefs, behaviours, and self-perception in a work context.

One of Michelle’s reviews:

“We had a lively session talking about how to address the societal conditioning on being the ‘Good Girl’ and conforming to how women ‘should’ behave and how instead, to be our authentic selves both in work and beyond.” Linda Patterson Women in Digital ERG Opencast
