Description of on-screen content:
Fly on the wall view of a sea of cramped offices, flickering fluorescent lights, man in desaturated office.
View changes to close up of a man in a suit at his desk. As he answers his phone several large circular icons pop from his head. (A thing to do icon.) We see him look to one side and he sees on top of his other mail a large yellow brochure with Maxim on it.
View changes to shot of Maxim brochure on table.
The man opens the brochure and a large glow fills his face and the screen.
View changes to a first person view of the glow and the brochure. We start to move closer in to see what is so shiny and glowing. Zoom into the clouds to reveal the Maxim model amidst a bright yellow sun and a dazzling green landscape with rolling hills. Pop up of transportation links showing distance and time of the closest airport and rail links. Continuous flowing camera to show all aspects of Maxim Park, an orbiting shot that will come match next scene.
Distance shot of the Maxim offices down the road that leads to the building 5. People are walking about. Camera turns to show our main character Ben running in to Maxim.
Cut to a closer shot of Ben running into the HUB to get changed. There is also a woman walking her toddler towards the nursery.
We see a superman changing effect happening in the revolving doors as Ben comes out clean and with a suit. He looks at camera, a glint appears in his smile.
View changes to medium to far shot of Ben going into the office. We see the interior reception of building 5.
View changes to aerial shot of people clearing the streets and into the offices. Aerial shot of the A2 office showing the office floor plan. Things are being built up like chairs and tables to show the different configurations available. A transition of arrows leads us to the Dakota Hotel.
View cuts to high angle shot of hotel and we see Kim come out and walk out of shot.
Cut to shot of the hub, with Max and Kim moving across the various retail offices, completing their various errands, before the view cuts to a shot of Max enjoying the rest of his lunch hour in the parkland area.
View changes to show the putting greens and running track within the woodland area, with the Maxim mini bus driving past.
Max is now shown in his office making some phone calls and going about his business whilst sat in front of a picturesque view of the Maxim office park.
The camera pans to look at the clock, and the clock fades into a the background of a tranquil water scene. The camera now pans away to show Max and Kim meeting on the bridge above the Maxim water scene in front of Building 3.
The camera pans into the show Max and Kim’s faces, and a yellow transition changes the characters back into live-action people, meeting for a drink in the bar.
The screen changes to solid black, and the Maxim statement “Work-life balanced” displays, before the Maxim logo appears as the end credit.
Movie ends.
Voiceover script:
Why does work have to be so much hard work? Mmm? I mean no-ones afraid of hard work, but you don’t want it taking over your life…do you. You need to fit some life into your work.
Introducing Maxim. The ultimate office park.
Just along the M8 corridor, only 31 minutes from Edinburgh and 14 minutes to Glasgow. And just a short flight to the rest of the world.
Now we want to talk work-life balance. Lets take Max for example. He’s at the work already, and has time to stretch his legs. Oh! Here’s some kids being dropped off at the Maxim nursery, what a good idea!
After a quick change, and a quick coffee Max is ready for the day ahead. More of Max later.
Anyway, which ever way you look at it, Maxim is a pretty big deal. 10 office buildings. 750,000 sq ft of space, built to the highest quality standards. Easily customised to fit small businesses or large corporate’s.
To us size really doesn’t matter.
Even visitors to Maxim like Kim here, will find their business trips made a whole lot easier with our very own on site luxury Dakota Hotel
Ahh! Here’s Max again, paying a few bills, sorting the shopping, the dry cleaning, buying something to eat, all this…and plenty of lunch left in his hour. Take the Maxim mini bus to the Fort shopping centre, for some major retail therapy…or you could just play a round… or whatever else takes your fancy.
Back in the office with every last thing taken care of by our concierge service, Max can have a productive afternoon.
And at the end of the day, you might want to stick around. With community events, entertainment, bars and restaurants…Maxim could make work, work for you.
Maxim work-life balanced.
