The Maxim Park Management Team – Malwina, Caroline and Brian

Lots of work goes into ensuring that Maxim Park provides the enviable working environment we aim for, and key to creating and maintaining that workplace less ordinary, is the team that makes everything happen on the park for our growing community.

Our small but perfectly formed Management Team works tirelessly to provide something for everyone in terms of both our on-site amenities and an exciting range of events and activities so that Maxim Park is the most stimulating and sociable place it can be for everyone that comes on site. We hope all of this comes together to make being part of the Maxim Park community as rewarding for you as it is for us!

Our summer BBQs, charity fundraisers, yoga classes and weekly visits from our experienced masseuse all combine to make Maxim Park so much more than a place to work.

With great places to eat, a putting green to help you wind down after a hard day, a children’s nursery, a 4-star hotel for your visiting guests and a hair salon, Maxim Park is a destination in its own right.

And behind the scenes, there’s lots happening to help ensure everyone’s health and safety across Maxim Park, as well as on their commute, with greener cycling and personal travel planning guidance offered too.

So, who are the individuals that make this all happen?

Our Director of Park Services, Caroline Baille, who we introduced to you last Spring, keeps a close eye on everything that’s happening on site, as well as leading new initiatives which support the park and enable our onsite community to grow and to thrive.

Working closely with Caroline, we’ve recently welcomed Brian Kiggin as our full-time Facilities Coordinator. Having joined us from Verastar where he was Faclities and IT Assistant, Brian’s role is to assist in the smooth running of the park’s operations, which is a varied job in which he is first point of contact for all members of our park community, as well as their visitors and on-site contractors.

Not only that but in line with our commitment for all members of the Maxim Park community towards Net Zero, we now have a new Sustainability and Community Coordinator in Malwina Bieniawska, who has an extensive experience in event organisation and film production.

Malwina will be taking the lead on further developing, implementing and reporting on our biodiversity and active travel programmes specifically, as well as supporting the development, delivery and reporting of our wider Environmental, Social and corporate Governance (ESG) strategy and initiatives, which includes managing our on-site allotment space as well as our vibrant calendar of events and community competitions.

Please join us in welcoming both Brian and Malwina to the team, and feel free to say hello if you bump into them in and around the park. They’re both very keen to get to know you all.
