Wincanton takes Glasgow space for WWII photo storage Wincanton has taken 53,434 sq ft at a logistics park near Glasgow to store documents including reconnaissance photographs from the Second World War for its client - the National Archives. Wincanton has taken the space at Centralpoint, the Elite Logistics Park, which is located at Eurocentral and next to the £330m Maxim Office Park development near Glasgow. It has taken a 15 year lease at a rent of £5.50/sq ft on the Apollo building.

The deal is the second logistics tenant at the park, after TRAC International. Jon Fowler, managing director of Wincanton Record Management, said that the Scottish region was a key part of its planned national expansion.
