HAVING won the £130 million contract to build the 756,000 sq ft Maxim business park at Eurocentral, Bowmer & Kirkland set up its Scottish business at the Eurocentral. It will move into a 3,487 sq ft office on the ground floor of Pioneer House, on which it has taken a 15-year lease.
Karen Campbell, Chief Executive of Maxim, who is responsible for letting both the Europoint and new Maxim Office Park at Eurocentral, said:
“Bowmer & Kirkland's decision to locate its first Scottish office at Eurocentral reinforces the message that Eurocentral is an attractive location for business seeking to relocate. “The team from Bowmer & Kirkland has been working on the site for over four months and has been able to see first hand, the benefits of Eurocentral's location in term of access to major UK road and rail networks.”
Alan Johansen, Area Director of Bowmer & Kirkland, said:
“The office will provide us with an ideal platform to continue to develop our future growth in Scotland.”
Initially 15 members of staff are moving to Pioneer House. The Maxim Office Park development at Eurocentral is set to be Scotland’s largest ever speculative build business park, with over 756,000 sq ft of office accommodation.
