Maxim Strengthens Team as Landmark Project Begins Completion   Maxim Office Park – the UK's largest live office park project – has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Laurence Casserly as the development’s Project Manager.

The £330 million office park development on the M8 motorway, between Glasgow and Edinburgh, will feature 10 high quality buildings delivering some 750,000 sq ft of prime office space. The first two buildings will be completed by the end of 2008.

Casserly, formerly of Applecross Properties, where he was part of a team delivering high quality and bespoke construction projects, will work directly with Construction Director Angus Kennedy ensuring that the buildings, onsite amenities and landscaping are in place by 2010.

Maxim Office Park will feature extensive landscaping, water features, a range of shops, wine bar, bistro, childcare and leisure facilities, a PGA-approved putting surface and an arts and events amphitheatre.

Karen Campbell, Chief Executive of Maxim, said:

"Laurence's experience in ensuring high quality construction projects are delivered on time and within budget will make a significant contribution to the Maxim Office Park development team."

Laurence Casserly, incoming Project Manager at Maxim, said:

"Developments of this magnitude are rare in the UK and so the opportunity to be part of the project team that will facilitate such an impressive office park is a huge privilege for me."

The Maxim team, including property agents CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle and Ryden, are currently in advanced discussions with potential office and retail occupiers with announcements expected in the coming months. Source: Maxim www.maximpark.co.uk
