Maxim signs up Broadgate

MAXIM, the UK's largest live office park development, has appointed Broadgate Estates Ltd to manage the £330million development.

The new office park is currently being built on the site of the former Chunghwa Picture Tubes factor at Euroentral, Lanarkshire. Broadgate Estates has been handed a five-year contract to manage 750,000 sq ft of office space over the l0 buildings that comprise Maxim, together with six industrial units extending to 450.000 sq ft. The firm will advise on property management with Tritax handling asset management.
