Maxim Secures Casserley

Maxim secures Casserley Maxim Office Park in North Lanarkshire has appointed Laurence Casserly as the £330 million development’s project manager. Previously with Applecross Properties, Casserly will work directly with construction director Angus Kennedy to ensure that the 750,000 sq ft of office space buildings, onsite amenities and landscaping are in place by 2010.
Karen Campbell, Maxim’s chief executive, said: "Laurence's experience in ensuring construction projects are delivered on time and within budget will make a significant contribution to the development team."
Casserly said of his appointment: "Developments of this magnitude are rare in the UK and so the opportunity to be part of the project team that will facilitate such an impressive office park is a huge privilege for me."
