Maxim Office Park Revitalised

Arisaig Property Partners LLP has been appointed as asset managers for Maxim Office Park and Centralpoint Distribution Park, North Lanarkshire. This appointment comes further to the restructuring of the capital investment into Maxim, which will revive the largest speculative out of town office development in the UK giving it a new lease of life.

David Gebbie, partner, Arisaig Property Partners LLP, commented: “The recently announced capital restructuring of Maxim and Centralpoint is a great boost for the Park and the area, as well as a vote of confidence in the Scottish and UK commercial property market. We have already had discussions with a number of organisations potentially interested in joining the tenant list and the feedback we are receiving is very encouraging.”

Maxim Office Park alone comprises over 756,000 sq ft of office and retail space across 10 buildings and is strategically located adjacent to the A8/M8, giving excellent access to the Central Belt of Scotland.
