With park security provided through leading property management company, Broadgate Estates, every inch of Maxim’s 756,000 sq foot site (and the adjacent Centralpoint Logistics Park) is protected 24/7 by a dedicated security service which includes a mix of security officers; state of the art technology and a monitoring partnership with the North Lanarkshire CCTV (NLCCTV) network.
