Karen Hails 'Cabbie' Kerr

IT can sometimes take ages to get a taxi – but an incentive like a magnum of champagne helps.  Just ask Kerr Smith of the Jones Lang LaSalle Glasgow office. 

When the owners of the £330 million Maxim £330 million development in Lanarkshire organised a competition, with the champers being awarded for the first photograph by an agent of one of the branded Maxim taxis, Smith snapped away ahead of the others and the prize was his.
