TWO construction companies, Bowmer & Kirkland and Dawn Construction have been appointed by TAL CPT Land Development Partnership LLP (TAL) to build its new £330 million commercial development at Eurocentral.

The Bowmer & Kirkland Group is tasked to build 900,000 sq ft of flexible, high quality office space by March 2010 in a project worth £130m. For its part, Dawn Construction will build five specialist distribution units with a combined floor area of 240,000 sq ft as part of an £11.6m contract.
