TAL CPT Land Development Partnership LLP (TAL) has appointed Karen Campbell as Chief Executive and Angus Kennedy as Construction Director to drive and co-ordinate the new £330 million development at Eurocentral.
The development on the former Chunghwa site is the largest speculative business space project ever undertaken in Scotland. Some 732,000 sq ft (68,000 sq m) of office space and 422,639 sq ft (39,266 sq m) of industrial space is being constructed in one phase, making it the largest speculative scheme of its kind in the whole of the UK presently.

Karen has extensive experience in master planning, developing and letting large-scale office and industrial schemes throughout Scotland. Major developments in Scotland where she has been actively involved include Skypark, Central Quay, Glasgow Harbour and Nova Technology Park at Robroyston.
Over the years Karen has been instrumental in a number of notable lettings where companies such as 02, KPMG, Laing O’Rourke and Homeloan Management Ltd have taken space in developments in which she has been involved. In his new role of Construction Director, Angus Kennedy is overseeing the creation of ten new office buildings, four new warehousing and manufacturing units and a range of ancillary developments including restaurant, crèche and gym facilities. Angus, a skilled professional with over 30 years experience in project management, was most recently involved in the redevelopment of the J&B Whisky plant as part of the Dumbarton and Vale of Leven regeneration project. Prior to that role Angus was Managing Director for Capita Symonds Project Management, the multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy.
