David Hunter To Head Maxim

David Hunter has been appointed chairman of the £330 million Maxim office park in Lanarkshire.
A past president of the British Property Federation and last year inaugural chairman of the Scottish Property Federation, Hunter (pictured) advises property funds investing in the UK, Europe and beyond. He has been managing director of both Arlington Property Investors and Aberdeen Property Investors.
Work on is on schedule to to provide office buildings, totalling 765,000 sq ft at Maxim by March 2010.
Karen Campbell, chief executive of Maxim, said: "David's breadth of experience and knowledge of the UK and international market will make a significant contribution to the Maxim team."
