Construction Firm in Relocation Move to Eurocentral Construction firm R&D Construction has announced its relocation to the Eurocentral business park, near Glasgow.
The company is to move from its current base at Strathclyde Business Park and has taken a 10-year lease on the first floor of the Pioneer House building at Europoint – Eurocentral’s office location. The deal involves 357 sq m (3,842 sq ft) of top quality office space.
R&D Construction, which focuses on house building, design and build contracts and specialist contractor services, will relocate 16 staff to the new base. John Hume, Chief Executive, R&D Construction, said:
"We are delighted to be relocating our Lanarkshire office to Europoint. The buildings provide a modern and attractive working environment whilst being offered at a highly competitive rental. We have also secured flexible terms which will allow for future growth and we are looking forward to joining the other tenants already at Europoint."
