Fresh from appointing Jones Lang LaSalle as a third agent on the £330m Maxim office park scheme in Lanarkshire, Scotland, the developer, Tritax, has taken its marketing campaign one step further. From now on, you will see the golfing world’s highest ranked Scot - number 84 in the world, the small print reveals – Alastair Forsyth, sporting the Maxim logo during competitive action.

The company has also enlisted Forsyth to consult on the construction and design of a putting green, approved by the Professional Golfers’ Association, at the commercial development. Some might say the developers are taking a risk by delivering 750,000 sq ft of space to the market in one hit, bur at least they‘re not taking any risks on the golf course.
